A Celebratory Locally Sourced Meal

Celebrating the abundance and diversity of locally grown food was at the heart of the recent Elevated Table experience. Guests savored a locally sourced meal with dishes and beverages crafted with products from over 20 regional producers! Thanks to the expertise of Julie Johnson and Carrissa Cooper, Anne and Scott Mason, Rebecca and Chris Kastner, and Callie and Maeme Rasberry, each course was exquisitely executed using this diverse array of local products!

A special thank you to Caitlin and James from Holesinsky Vineyards for keeping our glasses full of their wonderful Idaho-grown wines! Madie Deffe of Wild Flora Farm for providing beautiful flower arrangements for the tables. And of course, Sara and Ed, for hosting us on their beautiful Squash Blossom Farm.
