At Ballard Cheese LLC in Gooding, Idaho, we proudly create our award-winning cheeses: Idaho White Cheddar, Truffle Salt Cheddar, Pepper Cheddar, and six flavors of cheese curds (squeaky cheese). We also have Baby Swiss, Danish Pearl (Gouda style), Jersey Dream (Feta style), Idaho grilling cheese (Halloumi style). And we have added new cheeses: Black Pepper Cheddar, Huckleberry Cheddar, Parmarono (Parmesan/Romano), and our Vintage Aged Cheddar (aged over a year), all in small, handmade batches to ensure the finest quality and richest taste. The milk is from 100% Jersey cows.
