Koehn Trout Farms is a family-run egg-to-fillet trout business. Our goal is to provide our customers with the freshest, best-tasting trout on the market. Our ‘fresh trout’ are taken from the water, chilled, filleted, and placed on ice, and delivered within 48 hours.
