Locally Raised Meats

4L Farms – Pasture-raised beef, lamb, and chicken, thoughtfully raised in Shoshone to create sustainability. Purchase their products at the Fall Hailey Farmers market on Saturday, December 21 from 9 am to 1 pm at the Hailey Grange.

Alderspring Ranch– They ship their grass-fed certified organic beef nationwide every Monday. This is a great opportunity to share the flavor of Idaho with your friends and family, no matter where they live. Their beef is also available locally at Atkinsons’ Markets.

American Ostrich Farm – Order meat, pet treats, and skin care products for shipment nationwide.

Big Lost Beef– Get regeneratively raised Idaho beef for your holiday table from Big Lost Beef. Their products are available at Nourish Me and Atkinsons in Ketchum.

Desert Mountain Grass Fed Beef– 100% grass-fed and finished beef raised on family ranches implementing regenerative practices is available to ship nationwide from their website or at Atkinsons’ Markets throughout the Wood River Valley. 

Koehn Trout Farms –  Their smoked trout is a great addition to any holiday charcuterie board. They are at Nourish Me in Ketchum every Wednesday from noon to 4:30 pm.

Lava Lake Lamb – Lamb is a traditional centerpiece for holiday meals. The grass-fed and wild ranch lamb from Lava Lake is some of the most flavorful around.  Purchase their products at the Fall Hailey Farmers market on Saturday, December 21 from 9 am to 1 pm at the Hailey Grange.

Thomas Cattle Company – Make Idaho-raised beef the centerpiece of your holiday meal with one of Thomas Cattle Co. Holiday meal bundles.

Wood River Ranch Beef – They offer Boneless Ribeye Roasts at $20/lb (3-6 lbs each) and whole beef tenderloin roasts at $30/lb (3-6 lbs each). All roasts will come frozen and be in vacuum-sealed packaging.
